Do you offer any after-sale service?

Jewellery purchased from or made by us have a 1-year manufacturing warranty.  

Our repairs service doesn’t come with warranty - however upon assessment, if there is a repair fault, we will do our best to look after you.

Depending on the jewellery, we also offer a complimentary clean and stone set checking.

Do you offer free ring re-sizing?

If your ring is purchased from or made by us, we do offer a complimentary ring resize up to 3 sizes up or down, subject to the ring.

Do you do lay-by?

Yes. We require 30% deposit upfront, and then you have 2 months to pay the remaining to collect the piece.

I am unable to come into any of your stores. Is there any way I can still purchase your jewellery?

Of course! We are on Facebook and Instagram, as well as our website for you to view and get inspiration from.
