I had such a lovely experience here. I popped in to have a few links removed from my bracelet, and Sheel and lovely sales assistant were both so kind, warm, friendly, professional and helpful. I visited Carmen Jewellers this afternoon to enquire their rates for fixing a few small links in one of my broken gold bracelet. Apparently this was a quick fix for the team at Carmen jewellers, one of the staff Sheel took the bracelet and said be back in a sec ended up fixing it and not charging me for a small fix like that. I asked him a few times if he was sure as my regular jewellers quoted me $ 120, i just happend to be at Lakeside Joondalup and thought of vising Carmen Jewellers. I fixed my bracelet and potentially saved $120 and travel time to my regular jewellers. Once again Thank you for your amazing customer service Sheel and Carmen Jewellers Joondalup. Such lovely service! I had my necklace and bracelet shortened and Sheel was so quick, efficient and friendly. The whole process was completely hassle-free. Appreciated how helpful and polite Sheel was. Would definitely recommend.
