How To Send Your Products Back

All original product tags and accompanying documentation, including diamond certificates and watch instruction booklets, must be returned with the item.

Products Bought In-Store

You can visit our store in person to return your things to us.

Products Bought Online

Online purchases can be returned in-store. If you have a printed copy of your order fulfilment email or online tax invoice with you.

Communications

You can mail in a return as well. To begin a return, please call our Head Office at 08 93497861. Your order number, contact information, and the reason for the return must be provided.

If you mail or ship your returns, please note:
Return shipping costs must all be paid for in advance. We do not accept deliveries made with cash on delivery.

Till the item is delivered to us, you are in charge of any loss or damage, therefore we strongly advise that returned items be insured throughout delivery (such as Australia Post ‘Extra Cover’). to prevent loss A copy of your order confirmation or shipment confirmation email must be sent in the package.

Unless the item is defective, we will not pay back any expenses you have made to return the items to us, including shipping or insurance fees.

How We Evaluate And Handle Returns

Our store team or the Quality Assurance team may inspect and evaluate any returns. Your item might be forwarded to our other office so that our Quality Assurance team can properly evaluate. Only Carmen Jewellerโ€™s General Terms & Conditions of Purchase and any applicable consumer law will apply to returns and refunds.

Time frame for Refunds, Repair and Replacements

You shall get any appropriate refund, repair, or replacement (if any) in a timely manner.

We return your money in the same manner that you used to pay for your transaction, with the exception that cash refunds may be issued as checks, direct credit, or debit cards under the buyer’s name. If you plan to return an item that was given to you as a gift, please be aware that refunds will only be sent to the debit/credit card or financing account used for the initial transaction.

Policy for Change Of Mind

Resized rings (whether done during or after the purchase) are not covered by our change of mind policy This also includes special, customised, or made-to-order items and engraving.

Condition of Items

To be deemed in “as new conditionโ€, an item needs to be in flawless condition with no signs of wear, flaws, or scratches, and it must not have been worn. Carmen Jeweller is the only person who can determine if an item qualifies as “As New Condition”.

Your existing rights under Australian Consumer Law are not replaced by our Change of Mind Policy; rather, it is an addition to them.
