Moksh PatelI visited Carmen Jewellers this afternoon to enquire their rates for fixing a few small links in one of my broken gold bracelet. Apparently this was a quick fix for the team at Carmen jewellers, one of the staff Sheel took the bracelet and said be back in a sec ended up fixing it and not charging me for a small fix like that. I asked him a few times if he was sure as my regular jewellers quoted me $ 120, i just happend to be at Lakeside Joondalup and thought of vising Carmen Jewellers. I fixed my bracelet and potentially saved $120 and travel time to my regular jewellers. Once again Thank you for your amazing customer service Sheel and Carmen Jewellers Joondalup. In-store valuations only take a couple of days to finish. If you require a gemologist valuation, it can take up to 1-2 weeks.
How much does the Jewellery Valuation service cost?
For in-store valuations, our price starts from $95. For gemologist valuations, our price starts from $185.
What do I need to bring?
Visit any of our jewellery stores and bring the item you want valued. You’ll also need an old certification if it’s available, your contact details, and your postal address if you would like the certificate to be delivered by mail.
