Moksh PatelI visited Carmen Jewellers this afternoon to enquire their rates for fixing a few small links in one of my broken gold bracelet. Apparently this was a quick fix for the team at Carmen jewellers, one of the staff Sheel took the bracelet and said be back in a sec ended up fixing it and not charging me for a small fix like that. I asked him a few times if he was sure as my regular jewellers quoted me $ 120, i just happend to be at Lakeside Joondalup and thought of vising Carmen Jewellers. I fixed my bracelet and potentially saved $120 and travel time to my regular jewellers. Once again Thank you for your amazing customer service Sheel and Carmen Jewellers Joondalup.
