12-month limited warranty on jewellery and watches

A 12-month limited guarantee covering quality and workmanship is included with every piece of Carmen Jeweller’s jewellery, starting on the date of purchase. Simply bring the purchased item and the applicable Carmen Jeweller’s receipt to any of our stores within a year after the date of purchase to file a claim under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage brought on by mishandling jewellery. In the event that a competent jeweller finds that the item you purchased is of unacceptable quality, we will refund, swap, or repair your purchase.
