What a disgrace our experience was so disappointing. Paid money upfront I asked to get my rings all joined and dipped of coarse they suggested to do a few extra things however my purpose was to get my ring changed from Gold to rhodium plating. Once they got the money all down hill from there. To top it off 2 called to let us know to pick up ring however no rhodium plating. Allot of miscommunication and extremely unprofessional. I strongly advise people look elsewhere. I had asked to speak to the owners . This was palmed off to other employees to sort who could not . The whole process was a disgrace especially when they want to blame a junior for their mistakes . I was asked how can we fix this . I suggest returning my money or a portion. Of coarse this did not happen. There is so much more that happened there lies no accountability then of coarse blaming others . We are not happy with the results of my ring $1800 later originally quoted $250 to $350 for the plating . This is theft as the best of it . I will share my experience with all I know .

How much does the Jewellery Valuation service cost?
For in-store valuations, our price starts from $95. For gemologist valuations, our price starts from $185.
What do I need to bring?
Visit any of our jewellery stores and bring the item you want valued. You’ll also need an old certification if it’s available, your contact details, and your postal address if you would like the certificate to be delivered by mail.
